Tasting Notes

If the colour is dark ruby, almost impenetrable, the nose pre- sents us with the fragrance of bilberry, plums and oriental spices. The careful aging in barrels provides a full-bodied wine, powerful but still elegant.

Georgette expresses to the best the spe- cial traits of Croatina grapes trained lo- vingly on the vine to the period of the harvest, which begins in the second week of October; its tannic sensation is clear and neat, and Georgette fills your mouth with almost unending taste.
