Tasting Notes

The deep straw-yellow color with gol- den highlights shows us we are dealing with a remarkable wine. The initial at- tack is anything but simple and surren- ders slowly, like a charming woman. Persistent ripe fruit introduces the nose and the warm, soft palate displays re- markable pulp and pleasant mineral shades.

This wine obviously pairs well with fish dishes and slightly aged cheeses, but is also interesting with white meats and marries perfectly with a poached egg in a light anchovy sauce, sprinkled with Alba truffle.
